Description du poste

Lead product quality rituals.

  • Organize the recording, analysis, and processing of external (customers) and internal (rejections, internal scrap, rework, final inspection anomalies) non-conformities.

  • Support workshops and support services in handling discrepancies by providing the necessary tools and assistance for analysis.

  • Organize, lead, and manage meetings aimed at resolving non-conformities.

  • Maintain tools for collecting and managing non-conformities.

  • Conduct audits and implement associated action plans.

  • Identify improvement projects in the field and participate in their implementation.

  • Facilitate and/or participate in working groups and projects.

  • Participate in operational activity routines.

  • Train operational teams in quality practices and tools.

  • Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with quality standards.

  • Work closely with the CTR and workshops during new product or process industrializations.

  • Validate OJT authorizations and tutors.

  • Raise daily awareness of quality issues among teams.

  • Provide support and act as a substitute for the Operational Quality Manager as needed.

Candidate requirements include at least two years of similar experience in the industrial sector, recognized analytical skills, diplomacy, and customer service orientation. The salary ranges from €32K to €37K gross/year plus bonuses, 13th month, profit-sharing, employee savings, and RTT (reduced working time).
