Job summary

H. B. Fuller is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician in France to maintain and improve the site QMS, ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and related standards, and support cross-functional teams including Production, R&D, and Maintenance.

The role involves a 50/50 mix of shop floor and office work. Responsibilities include audits, documentation control, data analysis of KPIs, handling non-conformities, and supporting lab activities within SAP and other systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, or related industrial environment.
• Knowledge of QMS and quality standards, ISO 9001/ISO 14001.
• Strong written and verbal communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan and support internal and external audits, follow up findings and corrective actions.
• Monitor quality KPIs, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights for decisions.
