Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related science.
• Experience in QA, QC, manufacturing, or related industrial environment.
• Knowledge of QMS and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Strong written and verbal communication in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Plan, conduct, and support internal and external audits with effective follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with Production, R&D, Maintenance, Logistics and other functions to investigate quality issues and implement improvements.
• Promote quality training and awareness to ensure employees understand quality requirements and best practices.
