Une entreprise leader dans la transformation numérique recherche un Scrum Master expérimenté pour diriger des équipes dans l'adoption et l'optimisation des méthodologies Agile à Lille. Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé de faciliter les cérémonies, de coacher les équipes et de collaborer avec des architectes pour garantir l'alignement des solutions avec les objectifs de l'entreprise. Ce poste requiert une forte expérience dans la gestion de projet Agile et une expertise dans des outils comme JIRA et Klaxoon.

Qualifications

• 4-12 ans d'expérience en IT ou gestion de projet, dont 3 ans comme Scrum Master.
• Connaissance approfondie des méthodologies Agile et des rituels.
• Certification Scrum Master souhaitée.

Responsabilités

Job Title : Scrum Master Location : Lille, France Language : Fluent French Experience : 4 – 12 Years Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and drive the successful delivery of complex projects. This role involves guiding cross-functional teams in adopting and optimizing Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. The Scrum Master will bridge technical and functional teams, leveraging their expertise in Agile rituals, tools, and architecture to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
• Manage and optimize workflows using tools like JIRA and Klaxoon to track progress and resolve impediments.
• Collaborate with functional and technical architects to ensure solutions align with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and data flow requirements.
• Support the integration of Oracle / SQL-based systems, ensuring seamless data management and performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to align project goals with organizational priorities.
• Mentor team members on Agile best practices, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development. Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–12 years of experience in IT or project management, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and mastery of Agile rituals (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Proficiency in JIRA and Klaxoon for workflow management and team collaboration.
• Experience with functional and technical architecture, particularly Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and data flows.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL for database management and integration.
• Familiarity with web service development (SOAP / REST) is a plus.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.
• Certification in SAFe or significant experience in scaled Agile frameworks is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and risk management, are desirable.
• Knowledge of the financial domain is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
