To drive this evolution, we have developed a wide range of payment processing services focusing on revenue optimisation, BI, anti-fraud, and alternative payments such as Alipay+ and WeChat Pay, alongside accessibility solutions for the visually impaired. We are a collaborative and detail-oriented QA team, focused on delivering high-quality software in the ever-evolving payment solutions domain. As a QA Engineer at PayXpert, you will ensure the quality and security of our payment solutions through manual testing. You'll design and execute test cases, identify and track bugs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate new features and prevent regressions.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan, design, and write automated tests for new and key existing features on different components of the payment solution
• Be the voice of the users, helping the product and engineering teams improve user experience
• Plan, prioritize, and supervise testing phases across multiple projects
• Create detailed and structured test plans and documentation
• Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities to ensure quality
• Validate software versions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Experience in manual testing, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment processing environments
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test automation tools and testing APIs, databases, and web/mobile applications
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification (required); Advanced Level or other certifications are a plus
