Qualifications

Job Description:

At PayXpert, we develop a wide range of payment processing services focusing on revenue optimization, BI, anti-fraud, and alternative payments such as Alipay+ and WeChat Pay, alongside accessibility solutions for the visually impaired. Working fully remotely, we emphasize flexibility and strong communication to ensure consistency across projects and teams. We go beyond test execution by contributing to test strategies, process improvements, and documentation, always with a focus on quality and user experience.

As a QA Engineer, you will ensure the quality and security of our payment solutions through manual testing. Your responsibilities include designing and executing test cases, identifying and tracking bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate new features and prevent regressions. You will also plan, design, and write automated tests for key features, and help improve user experience by acting as the voice of the users.

You will oversee test phases across multiple projects, create detailed test plans, estimate and prioritize testing activities, and validate software versions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Experience in manual testing, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment processing environments
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test automation tools
• Experience in testing APIs, databases, and web/mobile applications
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification (required); Advanced Level or other certifications are a plus
