Role: QA Engineer at PayXpert

As a QA Engineer, you will ensure the quality and security of our payment solutions through manual testing. Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and executing test cases
• Identifying and tracking bugs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate new features and prevent regressions
• Planning, designing, and writing automated tests for new and existing features
• Representing the user perspective to improve product and engineering experience
• Planning, prioritization, and supervision of test phases across multiple projects
• Creating detailed test plans and documentation
• Estimating, prioritizing, and coordinating testing activities
• Validating software versions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Experience in manual testing, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment processing environments
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test automation tools
• Experience testing APIs, databases, and web/mobile applications
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification (required); Advanced Level or other certifications are a plus
