Stellantis in Île-de-France (Poissy) seeks a Quality Process Auditor to strengthen our Quality team and drive operational excellence. You will conduct quality audits, assess risks, and lead continuous improvement while ensuring QMS compliance and product conformity across the lifecycle.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing and supplier quality, you will apply quality tools to identify root causes, verify corrective actions, and support external certifications

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in automotive environments.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and audit methodologies.

Responsabilités

  • Conduct quality audits in line with QMS standards across domains.
  • Identify risks, assess severity, and elevate findings.
  • Define, monitor, and validate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure root cause analyses are performed and actions implemented.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of action plans in operations.
  • Support risk assessment activities with a preventive approach.
  • Contribute to audit standards and processes.
  • Prepare and support teams for external certifications (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025, COP).
  • Deliver training aligned with quality objectives.
  • Represent CX or Corporate Audit when required.

Description du poste

We are seeking a Quality Process Auditor to join our Quality team and contribute to operational excellence across the organisation.

In this role, you will conduct quality audits, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple domains. You will ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards while supporting product conformity throughout the lifecycle.

Working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in strengthening processes, mitigating risks, and enhancing performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality audits in line with QMS standards across company domains
  • Identify risks, assess their severity, and elevate findings when necessary
  • Define, monitor, and validate corrective and preventive action plans
  • Ensure root cause analyses are performed and actions are effectively implemented
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of action plans in operational environments
  • Support company-wide risk assessment activities with a preventive approach
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit standards and processes
  • Prepare and support teams for external certifications (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025, COP, etc.)
  • Deliver training aligned with company priorities and quality objectives
  • Represent the Customer Experience (CX) or Corporate Audit function when required
Your Profile
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience in automotive environments (design, production, supply chain, aftersales)
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, audit methodologies, and industry standards
  • Skilled in problem solving and use of quality tools
  • Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to influence, make decisions, and drive change
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • High level of rigor, objectivity, and professional credibility
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel
