Une entreprise alimentaire internationale recherche un Responsable Qualité pour coordonner la qualité des produits et la sécurité alimentaire à travers sa chaîne d'approvisionnement en France. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un diplôme en qualité alimentaire et au moins 8 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie. Ce rôle exige des compétences interpersonnelles solides et une connaissance approfondie des normes de sécurité alimentaire.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire dans l'industrie alimentaire.
  • Connaissances à jour sur la qualité et la sécurité alimentaires.
  • Parler couramment le français et l'anglais (écrit et parlé).

Responsabilités

  • Coordonner et soutenir les différents départements pour garantir l'application des normes de qualité.
  • Être le principal contact avec les autorités locales sur les questions de qualité.
  • Conduire des audits internes mensuels dans les centres de chaînes d'approvisionnement.

Mission

The role of the Quality Assurance Manager (QA Manager) is to coordinate and support the different departments to ensure for the proper application of the Quality Policy, Domino's Pizza International standards and internal procedures relating to quality and food safety through all Domino's food chain : from our suppliers (food, packaging and food contact equipment), our internal Supply Chain Centers (SCCs), the third-party warehouses and in all Domino's Pizza stores in France.

The QA Manager for France is part of the Global QA team and reports directly to the Group QA Director.

GLOBAL QA

Ensure Quality Policy and Food Safety standards compliance from suppliers to stores (incl. supply chain)

Drive the quality topics for projects and innovations within the French market

Be the main contact with local authorities on quality and food safety topics

Lead the crisis management in case of blockage / recall / withdraw with the crisis team

Follow regulation changes / updates and communicate with the appropriate department

Drive the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Quality and Food Safety

Ensure the continuous improvement of processes and tools (procedures and methodology)

Manage external labs for audits and micro analysis (for SCCs, external warehouses, stores) : sampling plan, results, actions

Be the main quality contact with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations / Training, Ops Compliance and Marketing / NPD

Create Quality and Food Safety Culture within the other departments

SUPPLIERS

Be part of the validation process for new product / packaging and new supplier (label, allergens, nutrition, shelf-life, etc.)

Create, manage and keep up-to-date all the products specifications (incl. mandatory certificated)

Manage food and packaging quality complaints coming from stores / SCCs / suppliers and follow-up corrective actions

Manage the DPI variances for all new products and suppliers

Assist in the product improvements with Procurement and NPD (ex : clean label, animal welfare, etc.)

Manage and keep up-to-date the EU Food Fraud Policy according to suppliers' risk assessments

Manage and follow-up the EU Supplier Audit Program according to suppliers' classification (high, medium, low)

SUPPLY CHAIN

Maintain the compliance standards and the follow-up of the FSSC 22000 certification standards for the 2 supply chain centers

Maintain and follow-up the Health Agreement in the 2 supply chain centers ("Agrément Sanitaire CE")

Conduct monthly internal audits in each supply chain centers in collaboration with the SCC Managers

Conduct external audits in each third party warehouses and cross-docks and follow-up corrective actions

Organize Hygiene and Food Safety trainings (HACCP, Food Defense, etc.) with the SCC team members in the 2 SCCs

Support the SCCs on the non-compliance management related to dough production and logistic

Manage the microbiological analysis with the external lab : sampling plan, results, actions

STORE FOOD SAFETY

Ensure hygene and store food safety standards by supporting Ops Compliance, Operations / Traning team

Manage HACCP booklet with all procedures, work instructions and registration forms and keep it up-to-date

Support Operations to manage customer complaints related to foreign body, food poisoning, allergens, ingredients related

Profil

Specific degree on Food Quality, Food Sciences or Food Safety (Bachelor or more).

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a similar position in the food industry or in a QSR companies.

Up-to-date knowledges on food quality and food safety : GFSI certifications, French and EU regulation, HACCP, VACCP, microbiology, etc.

Microsoft Office softwares (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, etc.).

Speak fluent French and English (written and spoken).
