Phagos is seeking a first dedicated Quality Manager to bridge rapid biotech innovation with regulatory compliance. Design and implement a QMS supporting increased production and ensure the new lab setup meets global veterinary medicine standards.

The role covers GMP lab setup, internal audits, supplier qualification, and continuous improvement, with emphasis on training, documentation, and clear actionables in a fast-paced, English-speaking environment. Fluent in English required.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences with relevant quality experience in regulated biotech/pharma/veterinary fields.
• Minimum 3–4 years in a quality role within regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP guidelines and documentation practices.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain a QMS compliant with biotech/pharma guidelines.
• Lead internal audit program to ensure constant readiness.
• Oversee supplier qualification and audit processes.
• Lead quality aspects of GMP lab setup and training programs.
