Phagos in Suresnes, Île-de-France, is seeking its first dedicated Quality Manager to bridge rapid biotech innovation with regulatory compliance. You will design and implement a QMS that supports growing production and ensures our lab setup meets global veterinary medicine standards.

You will lead GMP lab qualification, support global submissions, and oversee batch release procedures, while fostering a culture of quality across the team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology or related life sciences.
• 3–4 years of quality experience in regulated biotech/pharma/veterinary settings.
• Experience with GMP and regulatory submissions is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and maintain a robust QMS compliant with biotech/pharma guidelines.
• Lead internal audits across all operations to maintain readiness.
• Oversee supplier and subcontractor qualification and audits.
• Develop and deliver training on documentation standards and quality procedures.
• Lead GMP lab setup quality aspects including qualification and validation.
• Ensure batch release procedures are defensible and in place for all products released.
