WELCOMING YOU TO THE TEAM
- Drive transversal initiatives that will be defined and deployed at group and region level to improve quality performance within your perimeter.
- Provide direct support to production units in coordination with BU industrial managers through training and coaching.
- Ensure the detection, promotion, and deployment of best practices to accelerate improvement.
- Manage a perimeter of 21 plants in Europe across 5 Business Units.
HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
- Define and organize quality performance monitoring in terms of customer satisfaction and internal defect rates.
- Develop and propose an annual roadmap to improve overall quality performance based on performance analysis.
- Contribute to defining group standards and initiatives and deploy them within your perimeter.
- Follow up on the execution of 8D analysis for all major complaints and provide support to sites for complex cases.
- Supervise the deployment of Minimum To Operate rules and update them based on 8D analysis results for major complaints.
- Drive the implementation of transversal initiatives in collaboration with business units to enhance quality performance.
- Define and deploy training programs on methodologies, tools, and standards. Contribute to group training initiatives.
- Provide direct support to production units during major issues or significant performance deviations: data analysis, problem-solving, roadmap definition.
- Identify best practices during site visits or problem-solving exercises that can be deployed as standards for the region or group.
- Facilitate the quality community of BU representatives and site safety leaders to promote best practice sharing.
YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in quality roles, including operational positions in production units and transversal roles.
- Expertise in quality methodologies: 5S, 8D analysis, problem solving tools, FMEA.
- Practical experience with structured and systematic Industrial Excellence approaches.
- Project and change management skills: teamwork, leadership, and responsibility-taking.
- Ability to work in a transversal environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, French, and Italian.
