Sanofi recherche un Expert en Visual Inspection Global pour diriger la stratégie visuelle au sein de l’équipe Qualité et soutenir les sites de fabrication et d’approvisionnement.

Vous apporterez une expérience robuste en inspection visuelle (liquide/lyophilisé), en supervision d’équipes et en gestion de projets, avec une maîtrise du cadre réglementaire et des évaluations de défauts. Poste en mode hybride, avec possibilités de mobilité et d’évolution internationale.

Qualifications

• Expérience significative (10+ ans) en inspection visuelle de produits pharmaceutiques liquides et lyophilisés.
• Superviser et/ou gérer les processus d’inspection visuelle (manuel, semi‑automatisé, entièrement automatisé).
• Master of Science ou équivalent exigé.
• Anglais avancé et Français (écrit et parlé).

Responsabilités

• Rédiger, réviser ou approuver des documents techniques (stratégies de qualification, stratégies de contrôle, investigations, contrôles de changement, avis d’expert et classifications des défauts).
• Développer et mettre en œuvre des procédures harmonisées sur les sites de fabrication et d’approvisionnement.
• Assurer une supervision technique sur la classification des défauts et les programmes de qualification visuelle.
• Réaliser des analyses des causes profondes liées à la création, à la prévention et à la détection des défauts.
• Élaborer et suivre des métriques statistiquement basées en temps réel pour évaluer la variabilité du procédé et sa capacité.

As Global Visual Inspection Expert within our Quality team, you'll drive the company strategy for visual inspection processes from an organizational, technical, skills, and regulatory standpoint, providing ad hoc technical capability support at manufacturing sites and overseeing the visual inspection program across Sanofi Manufacturing and Supply sites. Main responsibilities

• Author, review, or approve technical documents including personnel qualification strategies, control strategies, investigations, change controls, expert opinions, and defect classifications.
• Develop and implement harmonized procedures across manufacturing and supply sites.
• Partner cross-functionally to establish a philosophy for visual inspection and qualification for operators.
• Provide technical oversight on defect classification, visual inspection technique, and qualification programs supporting production operations.
• Perform root cause analysis applying scientific principles related to defect creation, prevention, and detection.
• Develop and monitor statistically based metrics in real time to assess process variability and capability.
• Train and coach others, and influence internal and external stakeholders cross-functionally, including as a subject matter expert during regulatory inspections and complex investigations.

About you

Experience: Significant experience (10+ years preferred) in visual inspection of liquid and lyophilized pharmaceutical products, within a pharmaceutical industrial environment with hands‑on experience.

Soft and technical skills: Experience using and/or developing test set kits and defect libraries; experience supervising and/or managing visual inspection processes (manual, semi‑automated, fully automated); ability to influence and communicate with diverse groups on complex regulatory, business, or technical issues; strong project management skills.

Education: Master of Science or equivalent.

Languages: Advanced English and French (written and spoken).
