As a QA Engineer at PayXpert, you will ensure the quality and security of our payment solutions through manual testing. You'll design and execute test cases, identify and track bugs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate new features and prevent regressions. Responsibilities include planning, designing, and writing automated tests for new and existing features across various components of the payment solution. You will be the voice of the users, helping the product and engineering teams to improve their experience constantly. You will also plan, prioritize, and supervise test phases on multiple projects simultaneously, creating detailed and structured test plans and files. Estimation, prioritization, planning, and coordination of testing activities will be essential to ensure quality in internal software solutions. Validation of software versions is also part of the role.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in the IT sector, seniority in manual software testing (preferably in fintech, banking, or payment processing environments), solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, experience with test automation tools, and testing APIs, databases, and web/mobile applications. A strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies is necessary. ISTQB Foundation Level certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.
