To drive this evolution, we have developed a wide range of payment processing services focusing on revenue optimisation, BI, anti-fraud, and alternative payments such as Alipay+ and WeChat Pay, alongside accessibility solutions for the visually impaired. We are a collaborative and detail-oriented QA team, focused on delivering high-quality software in the ever-evolving payment solutions domain. Working fully remote, we combine flexibility with strong communication to ensure consistency across projects and teams. Our role goes beyond test execution — we contribute to test strategies, process improvements, and documentation, always with a mindset of quality and user experience. Our team culture is built on trust, ownership, and support: no one is left behind, and every challenge is a shared one. If you're someone who enjoys digging into the details, thinking critically, and helping build solid, reliable products, you’ll feel right at home here.
As a QA Engineer at PayXpert, you will ensure the quality and security of our payment solutions through manual testing. You'll design and execute test cases, identify and track bugs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate new features and prevent regressions. Responsibilities include planning, designing, and writing automated tests for new and key existing features across different components of the payment solution, acting as the voice of the users to help improve their experience, planning, prioritization, and supervision of test phases across multiple projects, creating detailed and structured test plans, and estimating, prioritizing, and coordinating testing activities.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in IT, seniority in manual testing (preferably in fintech, banking, or payment processing), solid knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, experience with test automation, testing APIs, databases, web/mobile applications, understanding of SDLC and Agile, ISTQB Foundation Level certification (required), with advanced certifications as a plus.
