Qualifications

Quality Engineer (m/f/d) (Customer Support Automotive)

PLEASE NOTE: Your application must be submitted in English to be considered by our non-French speaking teams partners at LG VS in France.

Your Tasks:

  • Initial analysis of quality issues raised from the customer production line (0Km, GQE), Serial Life (Field, RPIC) and On-Site-Inspection Warehouse (MAF Poland, OSI issue), creating first analysis 8D report in CQMA system.
  • Competent analysis of issues under vehicle condition (CAN log, USB log collection, DTC checking and so on.
  • Customer and internal process support in terms of Software update or sample rework (MICOM, CPU and New Project sample)
  • Proactively supporting for engineers and program manager (new project)
  • Participation of regular meetings with customer (Agile)
  • Basic validation for the product, to deliver samples to the customer correctly.
  • Ensure the communication between our HQ in Korea and our customer to resolve quality issues.
  • Build up strong relationship with customer production sites and the corresponding Engineering team.
  • Support all quality discussions internal and external in regards to field quality and customer plants quality.
  • Occasional travel to customer plants and dealers (France, Spain, Poland, Turkey, Morocco, Romania…)
  • Test vehicles maintenance and management

Your Expertise:

  • Academical degree in electrical engineering / Computer Science / or similar
  • 3+ years comparable work related experience. Automotive experience is strongly preferred - Optional experience in the area of electronic components and Optoelectronics
  • Strong knowledge about problem solving tools like i.e. 8D reports, fishbone diagram, 5Why construction
  • Good understanding of development and production processes within the automotive industry
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Good knowledge of vehicle tools (DDT2000, CANalyzer, CANoe)
  • Fluent understanding of verbal and written French & English
  • Communication skills in an international team
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel + Car driving license
