Job summary

NSG Group/Pilkington is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949 and CSR. The role involves coordinating audits, leading audit responses, and mentoring teams in problem-solving across manufacturing operations.

The candidate should have a relevant degree with experience in automotive quality, strong communication, and leadership abilities, plus proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook. An equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with relevant experience or an Associate's degree with more experience.
• Experience in maintaining an IATF 16949-certified Quality Management System.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate leadership ability and teamwork.
• Proficient in business software (Excel, Word, MS-Outlook); able to apply inferential and deductive reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949, CSR, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits (internal audits, LPAs, customer and third-party certification audits).
• Lead audit responses and verify corrective actions.
• Support customer and supplier quality development and deployment of requirements.
• Assist with APQP, PPAP submissions and process validation activities.
• Train employees on quality systems and mentor cross-functional teams in problem-solving.
