En tant que lien entre la production et l'assurance qualité, vous devrez assurer le respect des normes de qualité tout en promouvant l'innovation. Qualifications

  • 2-5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle d'ingénieur qualité en fabrication.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus de fabrication et des techniques de contrôle qualité.
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter des dessins et spécifications techniques.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer que les produits répondent aux normes de qualité pendant la fabrication.
  • Identifier et mener des améliorations de processus pour réduire les défauts.
  • Maintenir et mettre à jour la documentation qualité (plans de contrôle, instructions de travail).

As a Quality Engineer, you will be the link between manufacturing operations and quality assurance. Your role is to monitor, control, and improve the production process to ensure product quality, compliance with standards, and customer satisfaction. You will support problem-solving efforts, lead root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the shop floor.


Key Responsibilities:


Quality Control & Process Monitoring:
• Ensure products meet internal and external quality standards during manufacturing.
• Define and monitor key process parameters, quality indicators, and control plans.
• Analyze production data and trends to detect deviations and potential quality issues.
• Lead investigations into non-conformities, support root cause analysis (5-Why, Fishbone, etc.), and implement corrective and preventive actions .
• Participate in product and process validation activities, including capability studies and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
• Support measurement and testing activities, including capability studies, measurement system analysis (MSA), and FAI/ PPAP.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement:
• Identify and drive process improvements to reduce defects, scrap, and rework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Quality) to solve problems and improve processes.
• Support lean manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize process flow and efficiency.
• Contribute to PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) reviews.
Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain and update quality documentation (control plans, work instructions, inspection checklists).
• Support audits (internal, customer, and certification) and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, or other applicable standards.
• Ensure traceability and compliance with customer requirements and industry standards


Job Technical skills

• Bac +5 (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality engineering role.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques.
• Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, MSA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications (GD&T knowledge preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
Preferred:
• Experience in [specific industry, e.g., aerospace, automotive, railway manufacturing].
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IRIS, IATF 16949, or other relevant standards.
