We are now looking for a
Quality Documentation Technician
to join our team working for a better future.
The preferred location for the position is in Surgères, France.
What you will be doing
As Quality Documentation Technician your work will focus on these responsibilities:
⦁ Full checking of the production documents on different scopes (components/ sub-assemblies, engine requalification)
⦁ Checking of the traceability conformity
⦁ Checking of documentation coming from suppliers/subcontractors or internally, depending on the scope considered
⦁ Creation/Instruction of Non-Conformities related to documentary deviations and/or on the defined scope
⦁ Compilation of the final reports on the components/sub-assemblies scope according to the defined requirements
⦁ Monitoring of packaging according to customers requirements
⦁ Presentation of the final quality reports to customers on the components/sub-assemblies scope
⦁ Archiving of the final Quality reports on the EDM
⦁ Keeping the department's workload schedule up to date
⦁ Entering hours on SAP
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
⦁ Bac. + 2 years minimum
⦁ Approx. 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial sector
⦁ Native French language and professional proficiency in English
⦁ Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
⦁ Intermediate SAP skills
⦁ Open-mindedness
⦁ Ability to adapt
⦁ Team spirit
⦁ Strong customer and business sensitivity
In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 20%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.
