Ce poste exige une expérience solide dans le secteur Oil & Gas, avec des compétences en audit et en gestion de la qualité. Vous serez le lien clé entre les équipes de projet, les entrepreneurs et les représentants clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire dans le secteur offshore Oil & Gas.
• Expérience fondamentale en systèmes de gestion de la qualité et normes ISO.
• Compétences linguistiques en anglais, français un plus.

Responsabilités

• Surveiller et appliquer le plan qualité spécifique au projet.
• Coordonner toutes les activités QA/QC sur site, y compris les inspections.
• Assurer que tous les travaux respectent les normes de santé et sécurité.

One of our clients is currently looking for a Quality Coordinator (M/F) as part of one of their projects.

As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the implementation of quality management systems and standards throughout all phases of the offshore operations. You will act as the key link between the project team, contractors, and client representatives to ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce implementation of the project-specific Quality Plan and associated procedures.
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities on-site, including inspections, audits, and non-conformance management.
• Interface with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Track and report on quality metrics, including inspection results, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Review and approve contractors' quality documentation (ITPs, procedures, checklists, etc.).
• Support in preparing final quality documentation and handover dossiers.
• Promote a strong quality culture and continuous improvement mindset across all project stakeholders.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable health, safety, and environmental standards
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in Oil & Gas offshore sector
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment under challenging offshore conditions.
• Fundamental experience of quality management systems, ISO standards, and quality assurance
• Certifications such as CSWIP, NDT, or Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; French language is a plus

Contract : 1 year renewable (project duration 2-3 years)
