Our opportunity is based at the production site in Chartres, benefiting from a €2.1 billion investment as part of a global expansion program.


Our Department

You will have the unique opportunity to join the FFEx (Fill and Finish Expansions) department, dedicated to all major expansion activities, including aseptic production, solid dosage forms, finished production, storage and finishing warehouses, and quality control. You will play a highly cross-functional role, working with a multidisciplinary team, allowing you to interact with all project stakeholders and implement numerous initiatives.


Role

As our new Quality Control Project Manager for the NNP5 building extension, you will be responsible for implementing Quality Control activities for raw material sampling and packaging material inspection. You will oversee the design, implementation, and transfer of these activities.


Your specific tasks will include:

  1. Managing, monitoring, and coordinating Project activities:

Providing clear objectives for the Project team members based on preliminary studies (basic design).
Setting up project structures and operating rules (methods, monitoring tools, indicators).
Ensuring effective reporting to stakeholders (Chartres site, other sites, and headquarters).


  1. Creating and developing a Project execution plan:

Defining objectives and delivery timelines for project deliverables (applications, modules, specific development) with the project teams.
Ensuring deliverables are provided at each project milestone.
Monitoring the project concerning objectives, quality, schedule, and budget.


  1. Ensuring Change Management for the project:

Identifying and building the desired future state.
Engaging teams with regular and structured communication.
Involving stakeholders by identifying their motivational drivers.
Identifying potential obstacles (and removing them) and contributing to continuous improvement and problem-solving.


  1. Identifying and implementing appropriate governance with stakeholders:

Maintaining and updating project activity documentation, ensuring required quality levels by applying GMP, group references, ISO standards, and appropriate equipment validation.
Participating in continuous improvement and problem-solving.


  1. Identifying and mobilizing the necessary internal and external resources and desired skills based on the project's technical constraints:

Depending on the project's scope, you may supervise and develop your team.
Defining and tracking annual objectives.
Helping team members improve their technical skills through constructive feedback.
Contributing to skill development according to project needs.


Qualifications:
  • You hold a BAC+5 (engineering degree, Master’s, or pharmacist) in engineering or equivalent.
  • You have at least one experience in project management within a project environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industry.
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • You have excellent organization, planning, and project management skills.
  • You are pragmatic and responsive to optimally meet stakeholders' needs.
  • You demonstrate leadership and can set a direction and communicate a compelling vision with passion and urgency at all levels.
  • You have a strong work ethic, rigor, and a willingness to take responsibility and succeed.
