Ceva Santé Animale is seeking a Quality Control Manager for a permanent position at its Libourne Campus, near Bordeaux (33). You will oversee all activities within the site’s Quality Control laboratory and play a key role in the product release process, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving efficiency.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD in science with proven QC leadership, audits expertise, GMP knowledge and a track record in continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in science with proven QC leadership experience.
• Ability to organize and unite teams in a demanding environment and support change.
• Expertise in audits, GMP regulations, analytical sciences and continuous improvement; proficient in QMS.
• Strong leadership, motivation and empathetic management style.
• Clear, collaborative and empathetic communication in English.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee QC lab operations and product release processes.
• Lead internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Manage QC budget and KPIs; optimize costs and resources.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and HSE standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional projects.
• Define CAPEX needs for lab strategy and sponsor QC projects.
• Manage ~60 staff via 4–5 supervisors; develop training plans and appraisals.
• Strengthen daily engagement and QC team commitment.
