Ceva Santé Animale is seeking a Quality Control Manager for a permanent position based at its Libourne Campus, 30 minutes from Bordeaux (33).

As QC Manager, you will oversee all activities within the site's Quality Control laboratory, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the department's transformation towards excellence and efficiency.

You will lead audits, manage the QC budget, develop KPIs and sponsor QC projects to optimise methods, equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in science with proven team management in a QC department.
• Decisive, organized and capable of uniting teams in demanding environments.
• Audits, GMP, analytical sciences and continuous improvement expertise.
• Proficient in quality management systems and required IT tools.
• Motivates and inspires teams with clear, collaborative communication.

Responsabilités

• Quality Control Management: supervise controls, meet quality requirements, deadlines and budgets.
• Quality System & Documentation: validate methods, specs, procedures and results.
• Audits & Inspections: prepare, organize and lead internal and regulatory audits.
• Budget, KPIs & CAPEX: manage QC budget, develop KPIs, sponsor equipment projects.
• Compliance & Safety: ensure quality, safety and HSE standards adherence.
