Job Description

Although most of our food products do not bear our name, you are likely to have tasted Schreiber in your favorite restaurant or store, with brands like McDonald's, Leerdammer, Système U, etc.

The mission of our quality team is to meet the expectations of consumers and customers worldwide while respecting major issues such as quality, sustainability, responsibility, and performance.

Our site in Cléry-le-Petit, north of Verdun (55), has about ten dairy packaging lines (yogurt, crème fraîche, cheese) and over 310 employees.

This is a full-time day position, starting as soon as possible.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage internal audits of the 3 sites related to quality standards
• Participate in the SMI process (action plans, complaints, etc.)
• Record and monitor consumer and commercial complaints
• Follow up on product non-conformities (relaunch, product blocking, etc.)
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Manage the ECM document system: update, create, delete documents, and manage users
• Update the site crisis management manual
• Prepare parts of the Quality Committee support
• Conduct quality training for new hires, annual training, and CCP/PRPo training
• Prepare product sheets for the laboratory
• Train new users on quality tools (complaint management, FNC, INVIO blocking, etc.)
• Manage product shipments to clients
• Act as backup for the laboratory for external analyses and file updates

Desired Profile

• Bac +2 in Quality, with 2 years of experience
• English level B1
• Proficiency in computer skills (working extensively on computers)
• Knowledge of food regulations
• Autonomous, rigorous, versatile, and able to prioritize
• Knowledge of dairy products and our range
• Good communication skills with team and other departments
