Qualifications

• Expérience dans le test manuel dans un environnement fintech, bancaire ou de traitement des paiements.
• Connaissance des systèmes de paiement EMV.
• Compréhension du SDLC et des méthodologies Agile.

Responsabilités

• Concevoir et exécuter des cas de test manuels pour garantir la qualité des solutions de paiement.
• Collaborer avec des équipes transversales pour maintenir la fiabilité et la performance de la plateforme.

The team:

We are a collaborative and detail-oriented QA team, focused on delivering high-quality software in the payment solutions domain. Working fully remote, we combine flexibility with strong communication, working in Scrum to validate features, identify issues early, and ensure smooth releases. Our role extends beyond test execution to include test strategies, process improvements, and documentation, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, curiosity, and continuous learning. The role:

As a QA Engineer at PayXpert, you will ensure the quality and security of our payment solutions through manual testing. Your responsibilities include designing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining the reliability, performance, and compliance of our platform.

• Plan, design, and write automated tests for new and existing features across various components of the payment solution.
• Triage bug reports and help isolate issues.
• Advocate for user experience improvements.
• Manage test phases across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with technical writers to maintain documentation.
• Create detailed test plans and reports.
• Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities.
• Validate software versions.
• Track and follow up on anomalies with the development team.
• Stay updated on technological advances related to our projects.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

Job Experience:

• Experience in manual testing within fintech, banking, or payment processing environments.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Cypress).
• Knowledge of EMV payment systems.
• Experience testing APIs, databases, and web/mobile applications.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for collaboration and client interaction.

Certifications:

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification (required); advanced certifications are a plus.
