What does the role involve?
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will design and implement tests, debug, define corrective actions, review system requirements, and track quality assurance metrics (such as defect densities and open defect counts). You will work closely with developers and product owners to identify gaps in business logic and ensure the software delivers value to customers. You will create detailed test plans and cases, develop manual test cases to increase regression coverage and test new functionalities, and execute both manual and automated tests, including ad-hoc and exploratory testing. You will monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions, ensuring quality standards are met.
The Digital Platform team, based in Boulogne-Billancourt, France, and Plano, Texas, USA, comprises over 160 team members across more than 16 scrum teams. We utilize cutting-edge technologies such as GraphQL, SAP Hybris, AWS cloud, and have a best-in-class automation test framework built with Java, TestNG, Cucumber, Rest Assured, and Gatling.
