Jobtailor in Toulouse, France, is seeking a quality/continuous improvement specialist to connect process owners with operations and ensure the correct application of standards at production workstations along the Final Assembly Line.

Requires a Bac+5 in quality or CI, at least 2 years in a similar role, fluent English, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa and 5S.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in quality or continuous improvement.
• Bac+5 (or equivalent) in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as the liaison between process owners and operations to ensure standards are applied at production workstations.
• Detect deviations and identify root causes using problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, 5S) with the production team.
• Establish, manage and close action plans.
• Establish performance indicators and interpret results.
• Collaborate with Final Assembly Line (FAL) stakeholders.

• Act as the link between process owners and operations, ensuring the applicability and proper implementation of standards and procedures at production workstations
• Detect deviations and identify root causes by implementing problem‑solving and continuous improvement tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, 5S) with the production team
• Establish, manage, and schedule associated action plans through to closure
• Establish performance indicators and interpret the results
• Work closely with the various stakeholders within the Final Assembly Line (FAL) production team

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+5) with a specialization in quality or continuous improvement
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the FAL production environment would be an advantage
• Proficient in quality processes, tools, problem‑solving, inspection, and operational monitoring
