What will you work on? The Quality Assurance Engineer supports the European Spin Master organization in a broad range of activities related to Quality Assurance and works closely with the Quality Assurance Manager.
How will you create impact?
- Handle the European environmental schemes: collect required data from different departments, make the required calculations and submissions. Keep an overview of all contracts and stay up to date with legislative requirements and changes. Make recommendations for necessary adjustments and improvements.
- Work closely with our production partners based in Europe and help develop new partners in Europe.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, internal and external testing as required and planned for the development stage, ensure all required documentation is made and/or available, provide any additional QA support.
- Improve existing and/or develop new Quality Assurance related (European) procedures and work together with the Quality Manager to implement and monitor these.
- Provide Quality-related support to European customers, such as large retailers, 3rd party distributors, wholesalers.
- Provide Quality-related support to the different European Spin Master offices and departments, such as marketing, sales, logistics, and planning.
- Review technical files and compare against shipped items. Make gap analyses and corrective action plans in close cooperation with the Quality Manager.
- Stay well informed of new or changing European regulations, standards, and retailer requirements to anticipate potential impacts on processes or products.
- Perform other tasks as assigned related to the domain knowledge of the Quality department.

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
