Job summary

Sephora Europe is seeking a Quality Analyst to support the quality team across Europe. This maternity cover role involves deploying quality processes, onboarding brands, coordinating testing, and managing audits to ensure regulatory compliance and product quality.

The role requires strong quality assurance experience in cosmetics or regulated industries, with English proficiency and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• You have at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or supplier quality, ideally within cosmetics, consumer goods, or regulated industries.
• You are able to quickly take ownership of a portfolio of topics, prioritize urgent matters, and coordinate multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
• You are rigorous, autonomous and proactive, with the ability to propose practical solutions.
• You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable consolidating and reporting information.
• You demonstrate adaptability and openness to change.
• You are a collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• You have a good understanding of the regulatory framework applicable to cosmetic products, as well as quality standards and compliance expectations in a regulated environment.
• You are proficient in English in an international professional context, both orally and in writing.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and are comfortable using data to track quality performance and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the Sephora quality process with brands monitored in Europe
• Coordinate onboarding of new brands and sampling/testing
• Maintain GMP certificates and social audit reports
• Authorize release of finished products across Europe
• Serve as the quality point of contact for internal stakeholders
• Organise product withdrawals and recalls
• Monitor product complaints and customer feedback
• Drive investigation and resolution of non-conformities
• Contribute to quality performance monitoring and continuous improvement
