Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Stage – Assistant Category Manager Care Europe (F/H/X) to support the EU skincare and haircare categories. You will help monitor assortments, assist launches, and prepare sales reports with a focus on Excel-based analysis.

The internship offers exposure to cross-functional teams, marketing planning, and regulatory coordination, with duties spanning from retroplanning to CRM and omni‑channel activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree specialized in Business/Marketing.
• Looking for an end of year internship or gap year.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical mind.
• Good knowledge of Pack Office and more particularly Excel.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Build & monitor the assortment for exclusive brands in Europe – Skincare & Haircare.
• Generate & analyze reports (sales reports, customer studies).
• Assist launch coordinator in new launches process & ensure timelines (retroplanning, forms validation, pricing).
• Assist category manager on new launches (forecast estimation, merchandising, regulatory).
• Assist category manager in building the marketing plans for the year (Omni channel: Trade, CRM, Media, Digital) and coordinate with countries.
• Manage promo means (samples, GWP, estore boxes).
• Work on cross-category projects and multi-brand animation.
• Help with key meetings (market week, business review, internal presentations).
• Follow trends on skincare & haircare categories.
