Job Description:

Overview: The QHSE Manager is responsible for managing and improving the quality, health, safety, and environmental systems within our warehouse in Loon-Plage. The role involves analyzing processes, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with automotive sector quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and automotive sector requirements.
2. Develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
3. Conduct internal and external audits (quality and safety).
4. Analyze non-conformities and propose corrective actions.
5. Collaborate with teams to implement continuous improvement solutions.
6. Participate in innovation projects related to storage processes.
7. Supervise product traceability and compliance with customer requirements.
8. Monitor regulations to ensure legal compliance.
9. Assess and mitigate risks linked to company activities.
10. Implement and promote HSE policies.
11. Train employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
12. Manage waste and environmental impacts.
13. Oversee preventive HSE actions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Engineering degree in quality, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive sector.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Proficiency with IT tools and communication techniques.
• Strong communication skills.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good customer relationship management.
