Autoneum Holding AG is seeking an Automotive Project Quality Engineer (M/F) to support projects through SOP handover and ensure quality compliance throughout the development cycle. You will work in a demanding automotive environment with project, production, and quality teams, including international clients.

You will lead quality audits, participate in project reviews, and drive quality dashboards while training teams on new project requirements.

Qualifications

As stated, engineering degree or equivalent training is required.
Professional-level English and ability to lead reviews in English.
Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality standard is required.
Ability to read technical drawings is essential.

Responsabilités

Conduct quality audits during the project phase.
Participate in project reviews by providing a critical assessment of deliverables and processes.
Oversee the handover from the project phase to series production (SOP), ensuring a smooth transition to the quality and production teams.
Organize quality activities related to the transition to mass production.
Develop and monitor project quality dashboards.
Train operators and quality teams on the requirements of new projects.
Identify risks, define action plans, and ensure their follow-up.
Serve as the quality point of contact for project teams until mass production begins.
