A leading company is seeking a skilled QC Lab Technician to support the deployment of a QC Core Model across various European sites. This remote role focuses on lab instrument validation and endotoxin testing, requiring expertise in software systems and strong communication skills. You will coordinate software upgrades, maintain validation documents, and ensure compliance and user readiness in a GxP setting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in lab instrument software validation within GxP environments.
• Familiar with endotoxin testing systems.
• Proven track record in documentation, UAT coordination, and user training.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate major/minor software upgrades for SoftMax Pro and endotoxin testing platforms.
• Prepare and maintain validation documentation including validation plans and test strategies.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including design, scripting, execution, and reporting.

Remote Contract Opportunity – QC Lab Technician (Endotoxin Testing)

Are you an experienced QC systems consultant with a background in lab instrument validation and endotoxin testing ? We’re seeking a skilled professional to support the deployment and maintenance of a QC Core Model used across multiple European sites.

? Your Mission

As a key part of the team, you’ll provide expert support on lab instrument software systems , focusing on SoftMax Pro and Endotoxin testing solutions (Biomerieux or Lonza). Your role will be essential in ensuring system integrity, compliance, and user readiness across multiple sites.

• Coordinate major/minor software upgrades (SoftMax Pro & endotoxin testing platforms)
• Draft/update User Requirements Specifications (URS) with a focus on data integrity
• Prepare and maintain validation documentation:
• Validation plans, test strategies, risk assessments, traceability matrices
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : design, scripting, execution, and reporting
• Support sites in defining local validation requirements
• Prepare training materials and ensure SOPs/instructions are in place
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and guide system deployment
• Strong experience in lab instrument software validation within GxP environments
• Familiar with endotoxin testing systems and microplate reader tools
• Proven track record in documentation, UAT coordination, and user training
• Excellent communication skills in English (French or German is a strong advantage)
• Available to start in June and work remotely within France or Europe
