Job summary

SAP Build Process Automation is seeking an internship in quality engineering and consulting. You will join an R&D LCNC team focused on automating business processes and intelligent agents across the product lifecycle, from development to deployment and customer support.

As a final-year student, you will design and execute tests, contribute to automated coverage, assist Level 2/3 support in an international context, and help define features with developers and product management.

Qualifications

• Final-year engineering student or Master’s student in computer science or information systems.
• Interest in product quality and customer experience.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and automation is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional and regression test plans; investigate and qualify bugs; write automated test scenarios.
• Handle Level 2 and Level 3 support requests; enrich knowledge base and interact with customers in an international context.
• Gather customer needs, define use cases and functional specs; contribute to product decisions with development and product management.
• Leverage generative AI to accelerate validation and improve customer support quality.
