Job Title

QA ENGINEER

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our products, with a strong emphasis on automation.

In this role, you will have the chance to:

1. Identify and resolve defects to ensure product reliability
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, maintain, and improve automatic test campaigns to cover typical travel or airline agent scenarios
3. Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance processes and products
4. Collaborate on specification definition and review
5. Investigate Problem Tracking Records (PTR) and Incident Records (IR) and follow the lifecycle of the PTR/IR all the way to production load
6. Be accountable for test coverage and component quality within CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines
7. Be accountable for the team's adherence to quality practices based on SDL (Security Development Lifecycle)
8. Report on test activities and test coverage outside of the team
9. Maintain a relevant ratio of test automation across all test dimensions (functional, visual, performance, accessibility)

About the Ideal Candidate:

1. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
2. Good knowledge of Playwright or similar testing framework
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. A proactive mindset towards quality assurance and continuous improvement
6. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
