What we look for

We are seeking a QA (Automation) Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. We ensure that your role at Taxually is engaging and rewarding.

What you'll be doing

While we don’t provide a detailed task list, your responsibilities may include:

• Working on one of our growing SaaS products in a B2B context
• Designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining manual and automated tests, with good documentation and utilizing modern delivery practices and cloud-native features
• Supporting live-site operations, on-call engineering, and incident response

What skills will be useful

Bringing the following skills can help you succeed at Taxually:

• Manual testing of new and existing features
• Creating automated end-to-end tests (experience with C# and Playwright is a plus)
• Creating automated API tests
• Participating in test case creation and management
• Advising engineering teams on business logic and edge cases
• Contributing to SDLC with your insights
• Focusing on customer and product outcomes
• Collaborative mindset, enjoying teamwork with engineers and domain experts
• Curiosity and asking “why” to understand and improve
• Being outspoken about opinions and proactive in testing hypotheses
• Comfort with ambiguity and embracing iteration
