Pigment in Paris is seeking a capable integration analyst to ensure the Pigment Frame Methodology is applied across partners and to develop QA tooling for faster validation. You will work closely with Senior Architects and our Product Team to deliver high-quality models and automation across engagements.

You will provide level-1 support on modeling and integration, onboard onto the Pigment platform, and translate customer needs into actionable guidance, with English fluency and a preference for

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years in a technical role, ideally in software implementation.
• Experience with EPM technologies such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive.
• Strong communicator who can clearly explain complex concepts.
• Fluent in English; French or other European languages are a plus.
• Master's degree or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Pigment Frame Methodology is applied across all integration partners.
• Collaborate with Senior Architects/Partners to deliver high-quality models.
• Develop project-management and analytical skills; provide initial analysis.
• Gather documents required by the Pigment Framework from partners/customers.
• Develop AI-driven first-layer automated qualification using the framework.
• Review and validate customer requirements and design architecture.
• Assess robustness, quality, and accuracy of models configured for customers.
• Escalate issues to Senior Architects or partners when gaps are identified.
• Work with Product Team to design GenAI-based QA tools for QA activities.
• Provide level-1 support to partners on modeling and integration tasks.
• Onboard onto Pigment, complete certification, and advance modeling mastery.
• Apply learnings to improve performance and contribute to the Pigment ecosystem.
