Pigment is hiring to strengthen its team in Paris. You will ensure the Pigment Frame Methodology is applied consistently across integration partners, working with Senior Architects and Partners to deliver high-quality models.

You’ll also grow your project-management and technical skills while contributing to the Pigment ecosystem. The role involves analyzing customer requirements, validating design architecture, and building QA tools with GenAI.

Qualifications

• Structured and well-organized with strong project management skills.
• Experience with EPM technologies such as Pigment, Anaplan or Adaptive.
• 1-2 years in a technical role, ideally in software implementation.
• Fluent in English; French or other European languages are a plus.
• Masters degree or advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure Pigment Frame Methodology is applied consistently with integration partners.
• Communicate with partners and customers to gather required documents.
• Use the analysis framework for automated qualification with AI.
• Review and validate business requirements and design architecture.
• Assess robustness and accuracy of customer models.
• Escalate issues to Senior Architect when needed.
• Collaborate on GenAI-based QA tools with Product Team.
• Provide level-1 support to partners on modeling and integrations.
• Onboard onto the Pigment platform and pursue modeling mastery.
• Apply learnings to improve performance and expand the Pigment ecosystem.
