Job summary

Pigment is seeking a technically adept professional to ensure the Pigment Frame Methodology is applied across integration partners. You will work with Senior Architects to validate models, gather required docs, and use AI-based qualification.

A strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous learning drives this role. You will engage with partners to translate business requirements, assess architecture, and ensure robustness of configurations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a technical role, ideally software implementation
• Experience with EPM technologies such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive is relevant
• Master’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Structured and well-organized with strong project management skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure Pigment Frame Methodology is applied consistently across integration partners
• Collaborate with partners and customers to gather documents required by the Pigment Framework
• Use the analysis framework to deliver automated qualification with AI
• Review and validate customer business requirements translated by the partner
• Review and validate design architecture
• Assess robustness, quality, and accuracy of models configured for the customer
• Escalate gaps to Senior Architect or partner when needed
• Contribute to GenAI-based QA tools with Product Team
• Provide level-1 support to partners on modeling activities
• Provide level-1 support to partners on integrating source software and migration solutions
• Onboard onto the Pigment platform and complete full certification
• Apply learnings to improve performance and Pigment ecosystem growth
