Purchasing, Procurement officer

The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing food, beverage, and operational supplies for our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and procure food, beverage, and non-food items from approved vendors.
2. Negotiate pricing and contracts to optimize cost and quality.
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with chefs and GMs to forecast needs.
4. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate performance regularly.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all procurement practices.
6. Process purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records.
7. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
2. Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
