Qualifications

Responsible for assisting the Purchasing/Loading Dock Manager in sourcing, selection, and purchase of goods and services as per required specifications, ensuring quality and best prices criteria are met; complying with the Accor National Purchasing and Procurement Policies. Effectively coordinating all loading dock operations, stores/invoice receiving, ensuring inventory supplies are sufficient to meet the hotel’s operational requirements, and that all transactions are accurately recorded on a timely basis.
