Join a dynamic and growing company! We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Assistant to support our daily operations.

Your mission: Ensure production never runs short and that every purchase is made at the best price, at the right time.

Your Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of the Buyer, you will play a key role in sourcing equipment, materials, and parts required for our operations.
  • Your tasks will include:
  • Checking emails and responding to internal requests from various departments
  • Reviewing purchase suggestions and generating needs
  • Requesting quotes, comparing prices, and negotiating with suppliers
  • Creating and sending purchase orders
  • Receiving and verifying incoming goods
  • Adjusting inventory (paint, parts, etc.) and registering new items in Prextra
  • Preparing customer orders and placing material orders (e.g., steel)
  • Collaborating with sales, designers, and mechanics to find the right products
  • Managing non-conformities and following up with suppliers
  • Participating in supplier evaluations
  • Keeping purchasing processes and documentation up to date
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in administrative support, purchasing, or logistics (an asset)
  • High level of accuracy, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Prextra (asset) or another ERP system
  • Comfortable with digital tools (email, Excel, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and team spirit
