Your Role

• Plan and execute procurement activities based on market-predicted sales volumes and monthly production forecasts.
• Submit purchasing needs in alignment with production plans to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Develop and maintain procurement plans to achieve a reasonable safety stock of materials.
• Manage and improve supplier quality, focusing on enhancing on-time delivery rates and reducing lead times.
• Implement commodity strategies in collaboration with procurement manager to control procurement costs from the source.
• Streamline internal supplier management processes to ensure an efficient internal order flow.
• Conduct regular assessments of new suppliers to enhance supplier development and management.
• Ensure full compliance with all NOY procurement policies, adhering strictly to group and entity policies.

To succeed, you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
