Jobtailor in France seeks a public law lawyer to provide ongoing legal advice to departments, ensure the legal soundness of acts, and draft administrative documents.

You'll contribute to internal procedures, dashboards, training, and stay updated on public law developments. The role requires a Master’s in public law and at least 5 years’ experience, with autonomy and strong drafting skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public law (Bac+5) or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of public law and the legal framework for local authorities and EPCI.

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing legal advice and support to departments on matters of public law.
• Ensure the legal soundness of the Metropolis's acts and decisions.
• Draft correspondence, legal opinions, petitions, defense briefs and other legal documents.
• Contribute to the development, improvement and dissemination of internal procedures and best practices.
• Participate in the creation, updating and evolution of dashboards and evaluation and inventory tools.
• Monitor legal developments related to the Metropolis’s competences and help design and deliver internal training for metropolitan departments.
