Job Description

The Public Cloud team is seeking a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to enhance cloud governance, optimize operations, and support internal teams in application transformation.

As a Cloud Engineer, your key responsibilities include:

  1. Enforcing governance rules across Azure and AWS environments.
  2. Supporting internal teams through ticket handling, incident management, and technical proposals.
  3. Continuously improving DevOps and cloud processes.
Responsibilities
  • Deploy, configure, and scale cloud infrastructures on Azure and AWS.
  • Support internal teams with cloud project needs.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud system performance.
  • Apply security and compliance best practices.
  • Manage and resolve incidents reported by users.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Participate in technology watch activities on cloud and DevOps tools.
Qualifications

Relevant Experience

  • Extensive experience in a similar role, primarily with Azure (AWS experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of deployment automation and CI/CD tools, especially GitLab.
  • Experience managing production environments and resolving incidents.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences.

Key Skills

  • Strong command of Git and version control tools.
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python.
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Knowledge of cloud security and compliance principles.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other cloud-native technologies.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
