We are currently seeking a Psychometrician - F / M / X to lead the measurement of psychological parameters in patients within clinical studies. This role is essential for ensuring the integrity and success of our clinical programs. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for both on-site and remote work.

  • Morristown, NJ, USA

Responsibilities :

  • Provide expertise in clinical outcome assessments (COA) to evaluate psychological parameters in clinical trials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of COA methodologies.
  • Conduct psychometric evaluations and analyses to support clinical trial objectives.
  • Respond promptly to any changes or requests related to clinical outcome assessments.
  • Ensure the timely completion of COA documentation and databases.

Your Profile :

  • You hold a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • You have 3 to 15 years of experience in psychometrics and clinical outcome assessments.
  • You possess a strong understanding of psychological measurement in clinical settings.
  • You have experience in clinical trial design and execution, with a focus on COA.
  • You are fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • You have a proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • You are detail-oriented, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
