Within the GFS Financial Department, the Metrics Calculation & Reporting (MC&R) team is responsible for calculating and preparing internal and external reports on Solvency (RWA), ALM, and liquidity indicators.

The department is organized by area of expertise: a team for Solvency indicators, another for ALM & Liquidity indicators, a third for prudential and granular reporting, and a fourth for projects.

The Projects and Coordination team supports the deployment of projects impacting the department, including:

  • Evolution of regulatory frameworks requiring new or adapted reports and metrics;
  • Impacts of GFS transformation programs on MC&R productions (e.g., change of booking tools);
  • Continuous improvement to address anomalies affecting data quality and order accuracy;
  • Evolution of production processes for optimization and efficiency.

Daily tasks include:

  • Project management: defining governance, planning, monitoring progress, and reporting;
  • Scoping: defining needs, drafting expressions of needs, and assessing impacts on processes and architecture;
  • Supporting IT during design and implementation;
  • Implementing business recipes for operational support;
  • Managing change by facilitating new procedures, processes, and roles.

Job Description

Within the GFS Financial Department, the MC&R team handles reporting on Solvency (RWA), ALM, and liquidity indicators, organized by expertise areas.

The Projects and Coordination team supports departmental projects, including regulatory updates, transformation impacts, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.

Daily tasks involve project governance, needs assessment, process impacts, IT support, business recipe implementation, and change management.

Required skills and experience

Ideal candidates will have higher education and solid project management experience, proficiency in financial products, agile methodologies, process transformation, and office tools.
