What are my responsibilities?

The PRQSM (Project Quality Safety Manager) is responsible for all quality topics on a project. He reports hierarchically to the PRQSM Leader and functionally to the Project Manager.

He is the client’s interface (Client is the main railway operator: SNCF/RATP, etc.).

Customer links and management

• Be the interface with the customer quality and safety teams
• Define and monitor the correct execution of the project quality plan

Project execution controls

• Ensure the Project Quality plan application, supporting the project teams to prepare gate reviews & follow-up related action plans
• Support PM to build the files for Gate Reviews based on verified evidence
• Report quality and safety alerts
• Ensure quality of the modifications made during the project
• Ensure REX process within the project
• Ensure that safety assessments are correctly implemented (e.g., safety review) and prepare safety authorization
• Control project deliverables compliance through inspections and audits to authorize presentation/delivery to the customer

Improve

• Manage Non-conformities and Safety issues and animate problem solving during the project execution phase
• Measure and improve project quality performance

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Ensure the project Quality and safety assurance and coordinate all related activities throughout the project. Ensure consistency between the project's QCD (Quality, Cost, Delay) objectives and customer satisfaction.

Minimum qualifications

• Mandatory: Master’s degree in Engineering (management background depending on project size)
• Desirable: Awareness of processes and products delivered in the project, experience in quality/audit is appreciated
• Fluent in English
• Experience in the railway industry
