Job summary

Lacoste Digital Factory in Paris is looking for an eager intern to support product delivery in an Agile at Scale setting. You will collaborate with the Product Owner and cross-functional experts to transform business needs into scalable features for end users.

Starting January 2027, this internship offers international exposure in e-commerce and digital projects. Good English, strong Office skills, and a proactive, curious mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Digital, or related field.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Dynamic, proactive, curious, and rigorous.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business units and technical experts to translate needs into scalable features.
• Plan and prepare sprints aligned with the Quarterly Digital Roadmap.
• Write functional specifications and user stories with the Feature Team.
• Adopt Agility at Scale; participate in daily ceremonies and milestones.
• Support testing and validation of user stories for best-in-class UX.
• Lead scoping, analysis and build of features to assist the Product Owner.
• Share proactive ideas based on analysis, data and benchmarks.

Job description

Reporting to Lacoste Digital Factory, you will evolve in a context of agility at scale, within a dynamic team, with ambitious objectives and innovative features to build.

Your internship is in Paris and your missions have an international scope.

• You accompany your Product Owner daily and play a key role in coordinating business units and technical experts to define business needs into a concrete, scalable feature for our final users.
• You actively take part in planning & preparation of sprints in line with the priorities of the Quarterly Digital Roadmap.
• You write functional specifications and user stories in collaboration with the different members of the Feature Team.
• You adopt the main principles of Agility at Scale and actively participate in your team’s daily ceremonies and milestones (sprint planning, daily, refinement, sprint review, sprint retrospective & sprint demo).
• You support the Feature Team on testing and validating user stories, always targeting the best-in-class experience for our users.
• You will progressively lead the scoping, analysis and build of some features to help your Product Owner.
• You share proactive ideas, based on analysis, datas and benchmarks.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Digital, or a related field.
• Good english skills required (we communicate with regions, write documentation & user stories in english only).
• You have facilities with Microsoft Office tools.
• You are dynamic, proactive, curious and rigorous.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence & Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
• You wish to evolve in an international environment for e-commerce or digital.
