Job summary

Keoni seeks a Proxy Product Owner to join our Digital Solutions teams, focused on B2C platforms. You will integrate within agile squads, gather requirements, and manage backlogs to deliver high-value digital solutions for Selfcare and B2C contexts.

The candidate should have 3+ years in a similar PO/Proxy PO/Scrum Master role within a digital environment, ideally in B2C. Strong Scrum knowledge, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Product Owner, Proxy Product Owner, or Scrum Master in a digital context.
• Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and team activities.
• Autonomous, proactive, and with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Organized into several agile squads, the Digital Solutions teams work closely with business teams (Digital Marketing, Claims Management, etc.) to design and deploy high-value digital solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Integrate the agile framework, participate in rituals, and contribute to the dynamics of this product scope • Gather requirements expressed by different departments and consolidate them into backlogs • Manage the scope backlogs • Support Product Owners in prioritizing by value • Ensure effective communication with various business and technical stakeholders • Provide support to the Product Owner • Manage change and delivery processes. The candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Product Owner, Proxy Product Owner, Scrum Master) in a digital context, ideally B2C, and within a complex information system. The candidate has a good understanding of the Scrum framework and the activities of the Scrum team.
